All stock is housed in our Sydney-based warehouse. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that becomes unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified within 24 hours and offered options for either a full refund or enable the order to be sent to you at an agreed date.

Shipping charges apply to all product orders placed under $150 AUD. Our shipping cost is calculated on the weight and delivery postcode. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended address, where someone you trust will be available to receive the order during normal business hours.

Purchases made by 10 am (AEST) are typically dispatched the same business day. Purchases made after 10 am will be shipped by the next business day. Purchases made during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day. Unfortunately, we do not allow for personal pick up.

We use Australia Post and other national courier companies to deliver our products depending upon the size of the shipment. Generally, you can expect to receive the product you purchased within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. However, please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery to more rural areas, non-Metro WA or NT areas and up to 10 business days for deliveries to New Zealand. International orders usually arrive within 14 business days however you should allow up to 22 working days depending on your location.

You will be advised by email when your product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Within the email, you will also be provided with a tracking number. Standard Australian Post deliveries will not have full tracking, however, the tracking number provided will give some limited tracking information.

Please note that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated time frames for dispatch and delivery, however, many factors can affect these time frames and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met and we are limited by the services provided by Australia Post or the couriers used.
